Return Policy.
At Cardea, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Which is why we sell only the highest quality products. We also pack our products under the strictest standards to ensure their safe delivery to you. Unfortunately, Cardea is unable to accept responsibility for local mail delivery services. Refunds are not accepted on any products if the purchaser no longer requires the product or changes their mind.
We are confident that you will love Cardea's products. For quality control reasons, we are unable to accept returns, however, if we have made an error with your order, we will be happy to send a replacement. If an error has been made, please email us your concern to enquiries@cardea.com.au. If you are eligible for a replacement, we will provide details on how to return your order. Returns will not be accepted if the products you are returning are not faulty or can be returned with sufficient evidence for exchange.

- All returns must be received within 28 days of purchase, unopened and unused, together with your original receipt
- Products returned for refund without prior consent from Cardea with be automatically returned back to the sender
- Shipping and handling fees are not refundable
- Return postage costs will remain the responsibility of the customer
